If you are experiencing non-delivery or your tracking information states that your package was delivered by the carrier, but you have not received it, you must contact the carrier and/or file a claim.
We will assist in working with the carrier to complete the claims process. Please note claims can take up to 30 days to complete. Times might differ depending on carriers and investigation.
Mapalé is not responsible for packages that have been reported as delivered by the carrier.
We do not issue store credit nor refund for packages that carriers confirm has being delivered or deliver past the estimated arrival timeframe.
Accurate shipping times and price will be calculated by zip code at check out. We are not liable for any delays to shipping outside of our control. Shipping times may differ for delivery outside of the contiguous United States, e.g., Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, etc.

Your order will be shipped to you in a plain shipping polybag, or a carrier plain polybag with your name and address. No information about the product can be seen from the outside.
